Linkin Park has commissioned artist Cix to create artwork for a limited-edition poster for the 2025 From Zero World Tour stop in Mexico City. Each hand-numbered print is limited to 100 copies and is printed on 18" x 24" heavy cold press cotton rag 300gsm paper with a deckle edge.Â
Artist Bio: Son of a Chinanteco father and a Zapotec mother, Antonio Triana âCixâ takes great pride in his roots and his people. At an early age, he revolutionized the way urban art can be represented, capturing the attention of all who have the opportunity to experience his work.
A self-taught urban artist, his work focuses on surrealism, mysticism, and pre-Hispanic cultures, using rich textures and vivid colors. His creations have reached cities such as London, Spain, Germany, France, Guatemala, Colombia, Peru, Brazil, the United States, and across Mexico, thanks to the originality of his designs. He has collaborated with well-known brands such as Red Bull, Ecko Unltd, Sabritas, Comex, Sprite, Supra, Indio, and Pepsi, among others.
His interest in sharing his knowledge with young people and childrenâthrough paintings inspired by themâhas led him to teach various workshops in places such as Arca MĂ©xico and Faro TlĂĄhuac. This has been an important part of his growth as an artist, as he believes that sharing knowledge is a way to contribute to othersâ lives.
